This privacy policy describes how Shopify to e-conomic from 2APP (“the app”, “we”) processes data when you install and use the integration between Shopify and e-conomic.

What data we process
When you use the app, we may process:

We do not sell your data. We process it only to provide the integration service.
Where data is stored
- Application storage (hosted where you deploy the app, e.g. your server or cloud provider)
- Encrypted fields for sensitive connection details
- Application logs (may include shop domain, event id, and error messages; avoid logging full payment card data)
How long we keep data
- Event logs: retained for a configurable period (default approximately 90 days), then pruned automatically
- Bulk import logs: retained for a configurable period (default approximately 90 days), then pruned automatically
- Shop record: until you uninstall the app or request deletion
- Sync mappings: until removed with shop data or manual cleanup
Shopify privacy requests
For public Shopify app compliance, the app handles Shopify privacy requests independently from sync settings:

| Customer data request | Records the request for follow-up. The app does not automatically export e-conomic data. |
| Customer deletion request | Removes customer sync mappings and redacts matching stored event/import details for the customer and listed orders. |
| Shop deletion request | Deletes the shop record and shop-scoped sync data/logs from application storage. |
These requests are acknowledged even if customer/order sync is disabled for the shop.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Connection credentials are stored per shop and used only for that shop’s sync.
Your choices
- Uninstall the app from Shopify to stop new data collection
- Disconnect e-conomic in the app to revoke e-conomic access
- Contact us to request deletion of shop data where applicable law requires it
Security
We use industry-standard practices including encrypted storage for connection credentials, Shopify request verification, and access controls on the application. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to info@2app.dk.
Children
The app is a business tool for merchants and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
